Our clients sought to capitalize on the setting which gave them spectacular views to the north, east and west. So we planned around navigating their topography with boulders and steps but also provided them universal access around the far side of the house.

 

We were able to enhance the entire property with rich planting and large trees that needed to tolerate the high winds that were ever present.

 

Combined with a firepit and seating area we worked with them to give them a

multi-dimensional landscape clinging to

the hillside to take advantage of their views.
